Empowerly ("we", "us", or "our") is a healthy living platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our Service at empowerly.com.

Payment data — billing details processed by Stripe (we never store your card number)

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, which uses PostgreSQL hosted on AWS. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We apply row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.

Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — hosting and deployment
